Registration Information

Process of registration

Step 1. Create an Indico account

Create an INDICO account by clicking on login. You will be presented with a Log In screen and with an option to create an INDICO account. After the submission of your Email Address, an email will be sent to you. You will able to use your account only after you activate it by clicking on the link inside the email.


Step 2. Filling in the ICIS'19 registration form

Data you provide in the registration form will be used for billing and composing your registration package.


Step 3. Confirmation of registration

An email confirmation on your registration number will be sent to you as long as you have finished the registration procedures. Your registration number will be required when you send the copy of the bank transfer to conference secretariat.


Step 4. Payment process

Payment MUST be received within the defined deadlines; Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received. In case of not receiving the early bird registration fee until 0:00 Local Beijing Time on July 15, 2019, registration fee will be automatically switched to regular charge, i.e. CNY4,800.


Registration Fees:

The registration will be managed through the Conference Management System. To register on-line go to registration page and fill in the personal data to open an account and then choose the registration type. The registration fee amounts are summarized below.

Full Conference Registration (Regular, Student, Retiree and Extra Exhibitor)

  1. Admission to oral and poster sessions
  2. Registration pack including conference bag, abstract book, note book and small souvenir
  3. Admission to coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, the conference dinner and outing
  4. Visit to the IMP facilities
  5. Shuttle bus services

Accompanying Person Registration

Admission to the welcome reception, lunches, the conference dinner, accompanying person social program and the conference social program



Information for bank transfer


All international transfer amount must be in EUR (euro). For technical reasons, Early Bird Conference fee can only be paid by bank transfer for the moment. Regular registration fee can be paid either through bank transfer or on site. All bank charges are for the account of the delegate.

Please indicate “ICIS2019, participant’s name and conference registration number#ID” while making the transfer, and please keep the proof of payment and send the proof to icis2019@impcas.ac.cn or bring it to the registration desk.

Information for online payment

Online payment can only be made through Paypalmust be in USD , you can use your credit or debit card.

Log in to your INDICO account, and fill out the Registration Form, then click “checkout” to proceed. It will direct you to the Paypal website.

Please  send the proof of payment and the personal information about“ICIS2019, participant’s name and conference registration number#ID” to icis2019@impcas.ac.cn or bring it to the registration desk.

Note: Please use the same Email Address if you have filled out the Registration Form before creating an INDICO account, the registration will be associated with your INDICO account.


Step 5. Completion of registration

After your payment is validated by the bank transfer or via Paypal, you will get a confirmation email from us. Please save the confirmation email in case you need to show it at the registration desk when you’re arriving to the conference. Conference receipt will be provided during the conference time.



Onsite Payments

Onsite payment is also possible for regular registration fee, late registration, student registration, retiree registration, extra exhibitors’ registration and companying person. The conference registration desk will take most of the credit cards, such as Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, JCB Card and Diners Club.


Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees, about 20% for administrative charges, will be made for cancellations received before 1 August 2019. After this date, no refunds will be possible. However, for absence caused by some extenuating circumstances (such as visa application), refunds may be permitted. Refunds will be processed after the Conference. In case of a no-show, no refund will be possible.

Cancellations have to be confirmed in writing to icis2019@impcas.ac.cn. Please include full banking details.
